The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two year full time residential programme.It is Advent’s flagship programme and is an exceptionally practical course which trains students for their working life. PGDM familiarizes them with the importance of humans and their resources and teaches how to tackle them. The programme offers specializations in Finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Human Resource and Technology Management. It aims at promoting an inquiring & analytical mind, which proactively seeks the right knowledge, acquires appropriate skills and promotes right attitude to develop capabilities needed to manage enterprises in the twenty-first century. |
This programme is designed to prepare the future managers to deal with the complex constantly changing environment. They are groomed to get multidimensional structure of knowledge and skills. They are made to survive strategically. Students are put in an environment to face the multifarious problems through qualities like leadership, teamwork and integrated management skills. |
| It is mandatory for students to have their own laptop. |
Regular industrial tours are organized along with an optional international tour. The previous batches have been to China, Singapore, Hongkong and Malaysia and had an interaction with the students of different universities. Foreign trip is option for PGDM students. |
