Dr. R. K. Balyan, Director, AIMS Ph.D., M.B.A, MPM, M.A, PGDBA, LL.B., B.E. & MAIMA. He pursued his education in the field of Engineering, Management, Arts and Law from different universities across India. Had been the Director & Dean at Institute of Business Management & Research, Ahmedabad. He started his career in defense services and further worked in IT industry and education field. He has total 37 years of experience to his credit and 16 years exclusively in teaching. His areas of specialization are Marketing, Human Resource Management, Production and Operation Management, Business Laws and Labor Laws. He has presented 19 papers in national and international seminars. Dr. Balyan authored 3 books in research projects.
