| International Conference: |
At Advent, we are organizing International Conference every year in which academicians and industrialists from different countries participate. So far we had three International Conferences in association with Southern Connecticut University, USA. |
| AICTE approved Faculty Development Programme (FDP): |
In December, 2008 an AICTE approved FDP was conducted in which 25 faculty members from different Management Institutes located in various parts of India participated. Eminent educationists from IIMs and business schools were invited as Resource Persons. It is proposed to conduct another AICTE approved FDP and seminar in 2010. |
| Personality Development Programme: |
Besides in-house Personality Development Programme for students of PGDBM, MBA and BMS students to enhance their personality, at Advent we organize 10-15 days Personality Development Programme conducted by Nrityanzali, Mumbai, a well known name in the field of Personality Development programmes. Two such programmes were conducted in May, 2008 and December, 2009. |
| Management Development and Teachers Development Programmes: |
Frequent Management Development and Teachers Development Programmes are organized, which are conducted by the Director General of Advent, Dr. Naveen Gupta and eminent personalities from outside. Recently, in January 2010 the MDP was conducted in association with Southern Connecticut State University, USA & Prof. Dubey, and University of Alaska, USA. Every year 2-3 MDPs and TDPs are organized. |
